Please note that areas beyond our main service range may include a small travel fee (+$3–$5) depending on the distance. We’ll always confirm details with you before booking to make it easy and transparent.

We care for all dogs any size or breed as well as cats and small animals. For dog walking, please let us know your dog’s breed, behavior, habits, and any special needs or accommodations, including dietary restrictions if applicable. This helps us provide the safest and most comfortable care possible.

For cats and other pets, we also offer food delivery for a small reimbursed fee (plus delivery). If you’re a subscribed member, you’ll receive courtesy food deliveries at our cost as part of your plan.

Yes! You can schedule same-day services when availability allows, or book in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Booking ahead helps us lock in your appointment and keep everything transparent and organized. You can also share any special requests or notes when scheduling — we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs and your pet’s routine.

We totally understand that plans can change, life happens! If possible, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. However, even if something comes up last minute, just text or call us and we’ll gladly adjust your booking to a more convenient time at no extra cost. Our goal is to stay flexible and make sure you and your pet always feel taken care of.

Payments can be made online through our website or directly in person, whichever you prefer. We accept cash, Cash App, Zelle, or our POS system. If you book directly with us through Instagram or text, prices may sometimes be slightly lower since there are no added taxes or transaction fees. Booking on our website is totally fine too. it’s just the online option versus in-person payment, both are safe and convenient.

Please have your pet’s essentials ready: leash, food, treats, and any special instructions. We’ll handle the rest!

Of course! We encourage a quick intro visit or phone chat to make sure everyone, including your pet, feels comfortable.

Safety is always our top priority. We take every precaution to make sure your pet has a safe, comfortable experience from securely checking their leash and surroundings to monitoring their behavior throughout the visit. We make sure they’re fed, have water when needed, and feel calm and cared for. You’ll also receive photo and video updates, and we can provide call or text check-ins during the service for your peace of mind.

As of now, we offer extended visits for an additional fee. We’re focused on building trust with our clients and learning more about each pet’s unique needs so that when we introduce overnight services, we can do so with full confidence and care. Our goal is to make sure you feel completely assured that your pet is in the best hands. Overnight services coming soon! 🐾

Yes! After our Grand Opening Sale ends on November 8, we’ll be introducing a few new pricing options and updated membership structures — still designed to stay affordable and flexible.

Our Basic Tier will transition into a small group-style service, meaning walks may include up to 4 dogs max per group. This allows for more flexible scheduling, shorter wait times, and added companionship for pets who enjoy being around others. Every group will be carefully matched by size, temperament, and energy level to ensure comfort and safety for everyone.

If your dog prefers solo walks or has special needs, don’t worry, private sessions will still be available upon request, with a small additional fee or special accommodations depending on your pet’s needs.

Yes! We offer a pet food and grocery delivery service for all types of pets and animals, from dogs and cats to small companions. You can request any pet-related items, and we’ll handle the shopping and delivery for you.

All items must be reimbursed either before or after delivery, and we always provide a receipt for full transparency. Each order includes a small delivery fee and service fee, depending on distance and order size.

For our members, courtesy deliveries are included at no cost — available twice a week or once a month depending on your plan (valued at $25–$45). Any deliveries outside of those courtesy ones will simply follow the regular delivery rates.
