Grand Opening Sale and What’s Next (October 25 – November 8, 2025)
Fetchly LA is officially open, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this milestone with our community. Our Grand Opening Sale runs from October 25 through November 8, 2025, marking the beginning of something special for pet owners across Los Angeles. During this time, new clients can take advantage of special launch discounts and surprise offers, giving everyone a chance to experience what makes Fetchly LA different.
This opening celebration is about more than discounts; it’s about connection. We built Fetchly LA with the goal of creating a local service that brings convenience, reliability, and warmth to pet care. These first few weeks allow us to introduce ourselves personally, connect with pet owners, and start forming lasting relationships built on trust and understanding. Once the sale concludes, we will begin transitioning into our new pricing structure and expanded service options, which have been carefully designed to stay affordable, transparent, and flexible for all of our clients.
What’s Changing After November 8, 2025
Starting November 9, Fetchly LA will be updating its structure to better serve the growing needs of our community. These changes are a reflection of our continued growth, our clients’ feedback, and our commitment to improving the overall experience for both pets and owners.
One of the biggest updates will be the introduction of group walks under our Basic Membership Tier. This new setup will allow pets to enjoy walks in small, social groups of no more than four dogs at a time. The change will create more flexibility in scheduling, reduce wait times, and encourage healthy socialization for dogs that enjoy companionship. Each group will be matched carefully based on size, temperament, and energy level to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
For pet owners who prefer a more individualized experience, private one-on-one walks will continue to be available. These personal sessions will include a small additional fee or custom accommodation depending on your pet’s needs. This allows us to continue offering the same level of personalized care for pets who may be shy, anxious, or simply prefer solo time.
One-Time Services
Our one-time visits and walks will continue to be available at fair and transparent rates. We know that flexibility matters, so we are also introducing extended visits for clients who need extra time for their pets during long days or special occasions. Every service will include a detailed cost breakdown before confirmation, ensuring there are no unexpected fees. Transparency has always been one of our core values, and that will never change.
Pet Food and Supply Delivery
We are proud to continue offering our pet food and supply delivery service, which has quickly become one of our most convenient features. This service is available for pets of all types, not just dogs and cats. Whether you need a bag of dog food, a special brand of cat litter, or other pet essentials, we’ll handle the shopping and delivery for you.
All items must be reimbursed either before or after delivery, and we always provide a receipt for full clarity. A small service and delivery fee applies for one-time clients, helping cover travel and handling costs. However, our members receive free courtesy deliveries as part of their plan. Depending on your membership level, you’ll enjoy complimentary deliveries either once a month or twice a week, valued between $25 and $45. Any deliveries outside of these courtesy ones will follow our regular rates.
This service was created to make life easier for pet owners who have busy schedules or simply want one less errand to worry about. It’s another way we strive to help our clients balance their time while knowing their pets’ needs are always taken care of.
Future Services: Grooming Coming Soon
As Fetchly LA continues to grow, we’re working toward expanding our services even further. One of our main goals for the near future is to introduce pet grooming as a certified, professional offering. While this service isn’t available just yet, it’s something we’re actively preparing for.
Our team is in the process of gaining proper training and certification to ensure that when grooming becomes available, it will meet the same high standards of care and reliability that our clients already expect from us. We want to launch this service with complete confidence in our skills and procedures, giving every pet the safe, comfortable experience they deserve. When the time comes, our grooming options will be among the most affordable and trustworthy in the Los Angeles area.
